<p><b>Job Insights</b></p><p><br></p><p>Our client is seeking a Founding Recruiter to build and own their hiring function from the ground up. This is a high-impact role where you'll work directly with the founders and leadership team to attract, evaluate, and close world-class talent.</p><p><br></p><p>You will primarily focus on<b> </b>technical recruiting for engineering and product teams, while also supporting hiring across go-to-market and operations as the company scales.</p><p><br></p><p><b>What will you be doing?</b></p><p><br></p><ul><li>Manage the full-cycle recruitment process across multiple functions (sourcing, screening, interviews, offers).</li><li>Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements and interview strategies.</li><li>Build and maintain strong pipelines of qualified candidates through proactive outreach, networking, partnering with external agencies, and via LinkedIn Recruiter.</li><li>Own candidate experience, ensuring timely communication and a smooth process.</li><li>Track and optimize recruiting metrics (time-to-fill, offer acceptance rates, pipeline health) to inform hiring strategies and drive continuous improvement.</li></ul><p><br></p><p><b>Equal opportunity:</b></p><p>Our client is an Equal Opportunity Employer, committed to a workplace free from discrimination and harassment.
