We look forward to hearing from you!</p><p><br /></p><p>Required Experience:</p><ul><li>Minimum 2 years managing in the service industry</li><li>Similar fast paced environment and atmosphere</li><li>Comparable sales volume</li><li>Experience in managing a team of up to 50 staff</li></ul><p><br />Job Requirements:</p><ul><li>Excellent leadership and communication skills</li><li>Continuous development & motivating of staff and supervisors</li><li>Responsible for front of house restaurant operations including but not limited to:<ul><li>Guest experience</li><li>Handling guest concerns</li><li>Cost controls<br />o Hiring and training of FOH staff</li><li>Motivating staff staff incentive programs</li><li>Legislative compliance</li><li>General cleanliness</li><li>General operations ensuring systems and standards compliance</li></ul></li></ul><ul><li>Required to be available for all shifts required opening, closing, mid shifts, weekends</li><li>Legislative certifications preferred SmartServ, First Aid, Health & Safety, Food Handling</li><li>Following all Shoeless Joes policies and procedures consistently</li><li>All other duties as outlined in detailed job description</li></ul><p><br /></p><p>Salary and benefits are negotiable based on experience.</p></p></p>
