<p><b>Job Description:</b></p><p>Must have markets delivery and project experience across large scale projects</p><p>Must have strong understanding of FX Delta/ FX Risk</p><p>Must have FRTB experience</p><p>Must have markets product experience</p><p><br></p><p>Key Skills Required:</p><p>• Experience with FRTB specifically around FX Delta and FX Risk management</p><p>• Experience with trading, risk and P&L flows</p><p>• Strong & proven track record in strategic project management and delivering complex solutions are essential</p><p>• Has significant experience in Capital Markets Transformation</p><p>• Significant experience in scoping, developing and prioritizing plans for strategic initiatives</p><p>• Excellent oral and written communications skills; must be articulate and persuasive with the judgement and authority to provide insightful commentary to senior stakeholders</p><p>• A solid understanding of mechanisms to track and communicate performance</p><p>• Ability to drive change to business practices by working effectively across a global organization and understand different perspectives</p><p>• Thought leadership in target state design through engaging stakeholders at various levels of the organization</p><p>• Demonstrated analytical skills with follow-up and problem solving capability</p><p>• Minimum of 10 years of project management experience</p><p>• Minimum of 10 years of relevant industry experience</p><p><br></p><p>Key Skills Preferred:</p><p>• Experience in Markets, Risk and Regulatory related projects/programs</p><p>• Bachelor's/University degree in relevant fields, Master's degree preferred</p><p>• Project Management certifications e.g. PMP or equivalent a strong plus</p>
