<h3>Job Description</h3><p>Job Description<p><p><strong>General Labour | Plant Helper </strong></p><p>North York, ON</p><p>Our North York client is looking for full and part time personnel in their Production Department.</p><p><strong>Location:</strong></p><p>Own Transportation Required | Site Is Bus Accessible</p><p><strong>Compensation:</strong></p><p>All Shifts - $17.20/hr.</p><p><strong>Job Type:</strong></p><p>Full Time Hours | Part Time Schedules Available</p><p><strong>Shifts: </strong></p><p><strong>Regular 8 Hour Shifts </strong></p><p><strong>(Please note these shifts could run 10 – 12 Hours depending on production) </strong></p><p>· Days: 5:30 AM – 2:00 PM | 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM | 6:30 AM – 2:45 PM</p><p>· Afternoons: 2:00 PM – 10:30PM |2:30 PM – 10:45 PM</p><p>· Nights: 10:00 PM – 6:30 AM | 10:30 PM – 6:45 AM</p><p><strong>Continental 12 Hour Shifts </strong></p><p><strong>(Shifts do not rotate between Days and Nights) (Week 1 – <span >Mon,Tue,Fri,Sat,Sun,</span> Week 2 – Wed, Th) </strong></p><p>· Days: 5:30 AM – 5:45 PM | 6:00 AM – 6:15 PM | 6:30 AM – 6:45 PM | 7:00 AM – 7:15 PM</p><p>· Nights: 5:30 PM – 5:45 AM | 6:00 PM – 6:15 AM | 6:30 PM – 6:45 AM | 7:00 PM – 7:15 AM</p><p><strong>Job Summary</strong></p><p>Work in various areas of the facility performing general labour duties.</p><p>• Perform general plant duties, including hand packing product, palletizing cases, moving skids, etc.</p><p>• Maintain a clean and safe working environment</p><p>• Provide weekend coverage as required based on production volumes</p><p>• Food Safety & Quality responsibility as outlined in SOPs & other training materials provided and accurate record keeping</p><p>• Monitor and maintain the Quality, Food Safety and SQF systems</p><p>• Attend prescribed courses and training as required</p><p><strong>Requirements:</strong></p><p>• Minimum high school diploma and/or food industry experience</p><p>• Knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs), including excellent sanitary habits, CIP systems and possess knowledge of Hazard Analysis Critical Control Points (HACCP)</p><p>• Ability to work independently and in a team environment</p><p>• Ability to be flexible in terms of shift work and perform other duties as required</p><p>• Physically capable of performing the demands of the job and ability to multi-task</p><p>• Good communication skills, including written and verbal</p><p>• Mechanical aptitude and solid troubleshooting skills</p><p> </p></p>Company Description<p>Discover the 3PL Inc.
