<h3>Job Description</h3><p>Job Description<p><p><strong>General Labourer</strong></p><p><strong>Maskinongé, QC</strong></p><p><strong>Onsite- Permanent Fulltime</strong></p><p></p><p><strong>Reference Number: QWP-QC-MAS-064-240425</strong></p><p></p><p><strong>SUMMARY</strong></p><p>Reporting to the Operations Supervisor, the General labour packs, ties, labels, counts and identifies wood using various handling equipment.</p><p></p><p><strong>Main duties</strong></p><ul><li>Operate wood handling equipment on the stacking line.</li><li>Tie, wrap and occasionally stack wood by hand.</li><li>Maintain a clean and organised workstation.</li><li>Comply with all workplace safety rules and regulations.</li><li>Respect customer service commitments.</li></ul><p><strong>Requirements</strong></p><p><strong>Knowledge, skills and abilities</strong></p><ul><li>Able to count and identify wood products of various sizes.</li><li>Basic maths skills.</li><li>Able to lift up to 50 pounds or 23 kilograms.</li><li>Must have own steel-toed boots.</li></ul><p></p><p><strong>Education</strong></p><ul><li>High school diploma is an asset</li></ul><p><strong>Benefits</strong></p><p><strong>Employment Status</strong></p><ul><li>Permanent full-time</li></ul><p></p><p><strong>Compensation</strong></p><ul><li>Competitive hourly rate and possibility of overtime </li><li>Group insurance program</li></ul><p></p><p><strong>Working hours</strong></p><ul><li>Monday to Friday - 7:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.</li></ul><p></p><p><strong>Work Location: </strong>50 rue St-Denis, Maskinonge, QC, J0K 1N0</p><p><strong>Note:</strong> Must have own reliable transportation.
