<p><b>Guidewire Tester/QA </b></p><p><br></p><p><b>Position</b>: <b>GW Digital Legacy Functional Tester</b></p><p><b> Location</b> : <b>Markham, ON</b></p><p><b> Mode of Work : Hybrid (3 days a week)</b></p><p><br></p><p><b>Job Summary</b>:</p><p>We are seeking a senior QA Specialist with strong knowledge in Guidewire, Digital and mainframe functional testing.</p><p><br></p><p><b>Key Responsibilities :</b></p><p><br></p><ul><li><b>Digital Testing:</b> Perform functional testing on insurance applications via digital portals, ensuring alignment with business and technical requirements.</li><li><b>Guidewire Expertise:</b> Conduct testing using Guidewire software to validate insurance application functionality.</li><li><b>Legacy Expertise:</b> Use Legacy Mainframe UI to test insurance applications for compliance with business and technical standards.</li><li><b>Analysis and Reporting:</b> Analyze test results, identify bottlenecks, and provide detailed reports with actionable recommendations.</li><li><b>Collaboration:</b> Partner with development, operations, and business teams to understand requirements and ensure thorough testing coverage.</li><li><b>Documentation & Reporting:</b> Maintain comprehensive documentation of test plans, scripts, results, and recommendations. Update JIRA QE boards accordingly.</li></ul><p><br></p><p><br></p><p><b>Qualifications :</b></p><p><br></p><p><b>Education</b></p><ul><li>Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.</li></ul><p><br></p><p><b>Experience</b></p><ul><li>5-10 years of experience in Guidewire, Digital, and Mainframe testing, particularly in personal and commercial insurance applications.</li></ul><p><br></p><p><b>Technical Skills</b></p><ul><li>Proficiency in Guidewire functional testing</li><li>Proficiency in Digital functional testing</li><li>Experience in Mainframe testing</li></ul><p><br></p><p><b>Soft Skills :</b></p><ul><li>Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities</li><li>Excellent communication and collaboration skills</li><li>Detail-oriented with a commitment to quality and accuracy</li></ul><p><br></p><p><b>Preferred Qualifications :</b></p><ul><li>Experience with cloud-based environments and testing</li><li>Certifications in Guidewire, Digital, or Mainframe testing</li><li>Familiarity with insurance industry standards and regulations</li></ul><p></p>Create Your Resume First
