Job Description <p>Job Description<p>Job Title: High End Installer<p>Job Description </p><p>As a Carpenter/Joiner Lead Hand, you will apply your expert carpentry skills to perform installation and building tasks with the highest level of quality and efficiency. You will lead and guide the carpentry install team, ensuring smooth and effective workflow. Staying informed and communicating effectively regarding project scope, including revisions, change orders, and schedule updates, is essential. Liaising clearly and professionally with the Carpentry Department Lead, Interior Manager, subcontractors, and clients will be part of your daily routine. You will take ownership of the department's safety, cleanliness, security, and protection of materials, preparing clear and accurate drawings for the install team and collaborating with engineers and designers as needed. You will proactively order necessary construction materials and keep the Carpentry Department Lead and Interior Manager informed of any specialty item requirements. Representing the principles of the company in your conduct and work is crucial. You will hold yourself and all carpenters under your direction accountable for their work performance, actions, and professional appearance, ensuring projects are completed to the highest standards, adhering strictly to plans and specifications.
