Adecco is actively seeking compassionate and dedicated <strong>Home Support Workers</strong> to provide vital care and assistance to elderly individuals and others in need of support in their homes. This is a full-time role based in Gold River, BC, with a competitive hourly wage of $22.50 to $25.00, depending on experience. <ul> <li><strong>Pay Rate: </strong>$22.50-$25/hour. <li><strong>Location:</strong> Gold River, BC <li><strong>Job type:</strong> Permanent | Full-time </ul> <strong>Responsibilities: </strong> <ul> <li>Assist clients in preparing for health appointments and meeting daily needs <li>Provide nutritional guidance and ensure food security (non-perishable food stocks) <li>Check home environments for safety, risk, and cleanliness <li>Support clients with mobility access and equipment <li>Promote and advise on healthy living and community involvement <li>Help plan and organize recreational and social activities <li>Collaborate with client families on planning and care <li>Attend and support client planning meetings <li>Maintain clear and organized reports and documentation <li>Perform other duties as assigned <li>This role requires work in client homes and may involve shift work. </ul> <strong>Requirements: </strong> <ul> <li>Legal eligibility to work and reside in Canada. <li>Work independently and collaboratively <li>Remain calm and compassionate in high-pressure or emergency situations <li>Respect cultural and individual differences <li>Be physically capable of lifting/moving up to 40 lbs. and navigating stairs <li>Be COVID-19 vaccinated (minimum two doses) <li>Possess a valid driver's license and access to a reliable vehicle <li>Clear an RCMP Vulnerable Sector Check </ul> Don't miss out on this <strong>Home Support Worker</strong> position in Gold River, BC.
