<p>An established and well-recognized limited-service hotel in Nanaimo is seeking a hands-on, results-driven Hotel Manager to lead daily operations, maintain high guest satisfaction, and ensure smooth, efficient performance across all departments. This role offers the opportunity to manage a respected property in one of Vancouver Island’s most vibrant and scenic communities. This property offers comfortable accommodations for both leisure and business travellers, with a focus on warm hospitality, clean and well-maintained facilities, and value-driven service. Amenities include well-appointed guestrooms, meeting space, breakfast service, and on-site parking. Reporting to ownership, the Hotel Manager will be responsible for the overall success of the property, ensuring operational excellence, profitability, and brand standards compliance while fostering a positive work environment.
