Lankin Investments prioritizes a people-first culture, fostering an environment that supports personal and professional development for all team members.</p><p><br></p><p><b>About the Role</b></p><p><br></p><p>CRM Administration & Optimization</p><ul><li>Manage and maintain all aspects of the HubSpot CRM, including contacts, companies, pipelines, workflows, lists, and properties.</li><li>Ensure data integrity through regular audits, deduplication, and process enforcement.</li><li>Optimize CRM processes to improve usability, adoption, and accuracy across departments.</li></ul><p><br></p><p>Automation & Campaign Support</p><ul><li>Build, test, and manage automated workflows for lead nurturing, lifecycle management, and customer communication.</li><li>Partner with marketing and sales to implement lead scoring, routing, and campaign tracking.</li><li>Support integration between HubSpot and other tools (e.g., LinkedIn, Salesforce, Google Ads, reporting platforms).</li></ul><p><br></p><p>Reporting & Dashboard Management</p><ul><li>Design and maintain real-time dashboards and reporting for marketing, sales, and leadership teams.</li><li>Track key performance metrics such as lead generation, funnel conversion, campaign ROI, and customer acquisition cost.</li><li>Provide insights and recommendations to enhance marketing and sales performance.</li></ul><p><br></p><p>Marketing Operations & Enablement</p><ul><li>Collaborate with the marketing team to improve campaign execution and reporting accuracy.</li><li>Manage marketing assets, templates, and workflows within HubSpot.</li><li>Ensure compliance with data privacy and email marketing regulations (CASL, GDPR, etc.).</li></ul><p><br></p><p><b>Qualifications</b></p><p><br></p><ul><li>2-4+ years of experience managing HubSpot CRM and Marketing Hub (Pro or Enterprise level preferred).</li><li>Strong understanding of CRM architecture, automation logic, and reporting.</li><li>Experience with data management, integrations, and marketing analytics.</li><li>Proficiency in Excel/Sheets and comfort interpreting data and metrics.</li><li>Excellent organizational and communication skills.</li><li>HubSpot certifications (Marketing Software, Sales Hub, Reporting, Operations Hub) are a plus.</li></ul><p><br></p><p><b>Pay range and compensation package</b></p><p><br></p><p>We offer a competitive compensation package, including performance-based incentives, the ability to invest in our funds, comprehensive health benefits, and opportunities for professional growth and development.</p><p><br></p><p><b>Equal Opportunity Statement</b></p><p><br></p><p>At Lankin Investments, you will be part of a dynamic and supportive team that values entrepreneurial drive, integrity, and collaboration.
