<h3>Job Description</h3><p>Job Description<p><p>Were looking for a skilled and reliable <strong>HVAC Technician</strong> to join our team. In this role, youll handle the <strong>installation, maintenance, and repair</strong> of HVAC systems in both <strong>residential and commercial settings</strong>, including high-rise condominiums.</p><p></p><p><strong>Key Responsibilities:</strong></p><ul><li>Install and repair HVAC and refrigeration piping systems.</li><li>Perform start-up and commissioning of HVAC equipment.</li><li>Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve HVAC issues efficiently.</li><li>Conduct routine and preventative maintenance on a wide range of HVAC equipment.</li><li>Communicate clearly and professionally with clients on-site regarding service and maintenance updates.</li><li>Maintain accurate records and documentation of service performed.</li><li>Keeping the company vehicle clean, organized, and in safe working condition.</li><li>Ensure all work complies with safety protocols and relevant codes.</li></ul><p><strong>Qualifications:</strong></p><ul><li>Valid 313A Refrigeration License.</li><li>Valid G1 Gas Fitter license (preferred).</li><li>Member in good standing with the Ontario College of Trades/STO.</li><li>Proven experience working on high-rise condominium HVAC systems.</li><li>Excellent written and verbal communication.</li><li>WHMIS and Working at Heights certifications (required).</li><li>Valid Class G Drivers License with a clean driving record.</li></ul></p></p>
