This role starts with our <br><em>MOSAN for Restaurants</em><br> program, where you'll take client details from our sales team and turn them into fully delivered solutions using MOSAN's proven templates.</p><p>This is a <br>quota-based role<br> where efficiency, accuracy, and organization are key.</p><p>As MOSAN continues to grow, the role will expand into delivering additional digital and software solutions across other industries.</p><p>WHAT YOU'LL DO</p><ul><li>Implement client solutions using MOSAN's proven templated systems</li><li>Customize projects with branding, images, and information provided by clients</li><li>Deploy and test solutions for stability, performance, and usability</li><li>Collaborate with sales and project management teams (Asana, Microsoft Suite, CRM tools)</li><li>Consistently meet and exceed monthly implementation quotas with high quality standards</li></ul><p>WHAT YOU'LL BRING</p><ul><li>Proficiency (or strong interest) in <br> HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Webflow, or other CMS/build platforms</li><li>Strong organizational and time management skills in a quota-driven environment</li><li>Clear communication skills for coordinating with internal teams and clients</li><li>Ability to follow structured processes while managing multiple projects</li><li>Previous experience in web development, implementation, or technical operations is an asset</li></ul><p>COMPENSATION & PERKS</p><ul><li>$26–$32/hour (40 hours per week)</li><li>Monthly performance bonuses of $250–$1,000<br>  on top of base salary</li><li>Hybrid work environment with catered team lunches every Friday at our Ottawa office</li><li>$100 monthly wellness credit<br>  (gym, sports, or other wellness activities)</li><li>Monthly company outings<br>  to connect, recharge, and celebrate wins</li><li>Career growth opportunities into project management, technical consulting, or leadership as MOSAN expands</li></ul><p>ABOUT MOSAN</p><p>MOSAN is a Canadian business technology partner dedicated to helping businesses succeed through automation, AI, digital infrastructure, and growth solutions.
