<h3>Job Description</h3><p>Job Description<p><p><b><strong>Inside/Outside Sales Representative</strong></b></p><p><br /></p><p>Our client is seeking a motivated and results-driven Inside/Outside Sales Representative to join a dynamic Inside Commercial Sales Team. In this role, you will be responsible for engaging with potential clients through various communication channels to promote solutions. You will be marketing and selling a variety of products to commercial clients including, Energy Conservation products, Commodity Hedging, Power Factor Correction, Smart LED Lighting, Solar.</p><p><br /></p><p><b><strong>JOB DESCRIPTION</strong></b></p><p>•        Make outbound calls in a call center environment to potential customers and warm leads</p><p>•        Managing and growing our client base.</p><p>•        Book appointments with commercial clients to meet with a senior sales consultant.</p><p>•        Follow up with clients on booked appointments and follow throughs</p><p>•        Respond to inquiries and engage with customers via phone, email</p><p>•        Identify customer needs and present relevant solutions</p><p>•        Support the senior sales team with lead management and follow-ups</p><p>•        Maintain accurate records in our CRM system</p><p>•        This is a Monday to Friday position</p><p><br /></p><p><b><strong>REQUIREMENTS</strong></b></p><ul><li>Proven experience in inside sales or a related field</li><li>Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage customers effectively.</li><li>Strong customer service orientation with a focus on building long-term relationships.</li><li>Proficiency in negotiating and closing deals while ensuring client satisfaction.</li><li>Familiarity with CRM software and other sales tools to manage leads and track progress.</li><li>Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.</li><li>A proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced setting</li></ul><p><b><strong>DAY TO DAY RESPONSIBILITIES:</strong></b></p><p>•        Manage and grow a portfolio of key accounts to achieve sales targets.</p><p>•        Develop and maintain strong, long-term client relationships.</p><p>•        Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling products or services.</p><p>•        Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and successful project delivery.</p><p>•        Conduct regular account reviews to identify client needs and potential challenges.</p><p>•        Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals.</p><p>•        Track sales metrics and maintain accurate records in the CRM system.</p><p>•        Stay up to date with industry trends and competitors.</p><p><b><strong> </strong></b></p><p><b><strong>WHAT WE OFFER</strong></b>:</p><ul><li>Upfront commissions, residual income and a healthy bonus structure</li><li>This is a commission only position.</li><li>Weekly and quarterly incentive programs</li><li>All-inclusive sales trips</li><li>Job shadowing to set you up for success.</li><li>Ongoing coaching, learning, and development opportunities.</li><li>Internal career growth.</li><li>Ongoing training to increase your skills and make you a more effective salesperson</li></ul></p></p>
