JOB DESCRIPTION

The Inside Sales Representative/Counter Sales Representative is responsible for providing first-class service to our customers, while driving revenue and building client relationships through walk ins, phone, email and online channels. Key responsibilities include lead generation, identifying customer needs, closing sales, and maintaining client relationships.

Duties and Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Prepare sales orders/sales quotes
• Assist walk-in customers
• Greet people and direct them to contacts or service areas
• Answer telephone and relay telephone calls and messages, manage phone systems and phone line
• Prepare RMAs
• Focus on building strong relationships with our customers
• Actively seek out new clients and other opportunities for growth cold calling
• Provide a superior customer service experience
• Actively distribute online requests to the sales team respond to website sales emails and live chat inquiries
• Assist with Projects as required
• Update and maintain CRM as required
• Support shipping, receiving, inventory and warehousing, as required
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to effectively prioritize tasks and demands, as appropriate
• Perform appropriate duties, as assigned by management
• May require travel or site visits (client or other RS Breakers & Controls locations)
