<p><b>Position Overview</b></p><p><br></p><p>We are seeking a skilled <b>Integration & Application Support Analyst / Developer</b> with strong expertise in <b>MuleSoft</b> and <b>Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC)</b> to support and manage enterprise applications and integration platforms. The ideal candidate for this Integration & Application Support role will have experience designing, developing, and maintaining integrations between cloud and on-premise applications, as well as providing ongoing support, monitoring, and issue resolution for critical business systems, with a focus on Middleware Integration development & support.</p><p><br></p><p><b>Key Responsibilities</b></p><p><br></p><ul><li>Integration Development & Management</li><li>Design, build, and maintain integrations using MuleSoft Anypoint Platform and Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC).</li><li>Develop APIs, orchestrations, and data flows to connect ERP, CRM, HR, and other enterprise applications.</li><li>Ensure integrations follow security, compliance, and performance best practices.</li><li>Application Support & Administration</li><li>Provide day-to-day support and monitoring of integration platforms and connected applications.</li><li>Troubleshoot issues, perform root cause analysis, and implement permanent fixes.</li><li>Manage user access, configurations, and performance tuning.</li><li>Operations & Continuous Improvement</li><li>Monitor integration workflows and ensure high availability and reliability.</li><li>Maintain documentation, including integration mappings, workflows, and support procedures.</li><li>Partner with business stakeholders, application owners, and vendors to improve processes and resolve issues.</li><li>Participate in on-call support rotations as required.</li></ul><p><br></p><p><b>Qualifications</b></p><p><br></p><ul><li>3–6+ years of hands-on experience with MuleSoft Anypoint Platform (API design, flows, connectors, transformations).</li><li>Strong experience with Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), including process automation, application adapters, and orchestration.</li><li>Solid understanding of REST, SOAP, JSON, XML, and API security standards (OAuth, JWT, etc.).</li><li>Background in application support and administration, including troubleshooting and performance monitoring.</li><li>Familiarity with enterprise systems such as ERP (Oracle, SAP), CRM (Salesforce), or HCM systems.</li><li>Proficiency in SQL and working with relational databases.</li></ul><p><br></p><p><b>Preferred Skills</b></p><p><br></p><ul><li>Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or OCI).</li><li>Exposure to CI/CD pipelines, Git, Jenkins, and DevOps practices.</li><li>Knowledge of ITIL practices for application support and incident management.</li><li>Strong communication and collaboration skills.</li></ul><p></p>Create Your Resume First
