We offer time off so you can support causes important to you.</li><li>We promote work-life balance with flexible work options, including remote and hybrid work, a generous 'work from abroad' policy, and you get your birthday off</li></ul><p>About The Team You Are Joining<br>You will be joining a multidisciplinary team of aviation domain and data experts managing Global Aviation Data Management programs and serving as a trusted industry custodian of operational and safety data exchanges.</p><p>Global Aviation Data Management (GADM) team is responsible for the development, implementation and support of data solutions needed to monitor safety, operational and capacity KPIs.</p><p>What Your Day Would Be Like<br>Perform analysis, data quality, data operations as well as visualizations with developed Text analytic models over real-world, large-scale datasets;</p><p>Support statistical analysis and development of metrics and methodology to correctly interpret trends and patterns in data to produce meaningful insights;</p><p>Support in developing and operating automated data validation processes and propose controls to continuously improve data quality;</p><p>Support ad hoc requests for analysis or supply of data;</p><p>Actively Support Customer Engagement, Onboarding and Experience functions;</p><p>Liaise with our development team and on the continuous improvement and development of our analytics services;</p><p>Support in the development of data modeling and visualizations for Power BI reporting and analytical insights;</p><p>Develop, optimize and maintain SQL for analysis and data operations.</p><p>We would love to hear from you if<br>Recent (12 months or less) degree in applied mathematics, statistics, computer science, data science, operational research or another relevant discipline;</p><p>Knowledge in Statistics, big data analytics, database management and data visualization;</p><p>Proficiency with BI technologies (e.g. Microsoft PowerBI);</p><p>SQL knowledge, query authoring (SQL) as well as working familiarity with a variety of databases;</p><p>Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.</p><p>Travel Required: N</p><p><em>*Learn more about IATA's role in the industry, our benefits, and the team at iata/careers/ .
