Job Description

Welcome visitors by greeting them, in person or on the telephone; answering or referring inquiries. Direct visitors by maintaining employee and department directories; giving instructions. Maintain security by following procedures; monitoring visitor's logbook.<br>
<br><h2>Responsibilities<br></h2><p>· Maintain the general filing system and file all correspondence<br></p><p>· Pick up and deliver the mail<br></p><p>· Open and date stamp all general correspondence<br></p><p>· Collating and scanning documents<br></p><p>· Order all office supplies<br></p><p>· Answer telephone, assist with walk-ins and customer requests<br></p><p>· Direct customer requests to appropriate sales team members<br></p><p>· Maintain up-to-date client information by updating the system<br></p><p>· Assist with data entry to keep equipment lists up to date<br></p><p>· Write letters to customers and vendors<br></p><p>· Multitask effectively<br></p><p>· Work with minimal supervision<br></p><p>· Receive shipments and provide documentation to Project Coordinator / VP<br></p><p>· Assist VP with other tasks as required<br></p>
<br><br><h3>Requirements</h3><h2>Qualifications<br></h2><p>· Excellent command of the English language.<br></p><p>· Clear and professional communication skills<br></p><p>· Knowledge of MS 365<br></p><p>· Strong customer service skills and phone etiquette<br></p>
Note: This is an in-office position. Mandatory to be on site, Monday – Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM.<br>
