We operate on NIST and CIS control frameworks, managing complex Microsoft 365, Azure, and on-premise environments. We're looking for a <b>Level 3 Technician</b> who thrives on solving complex problems, leading escalations, and mentoring others.</p><p><br></p><b>Key Responsibilities</b><ul><li>Manage and troubleshoot Windows Server environments (), Active Directory, Group Policy, and domain trusts.</li><li>Configure and maintain networking infrastructure - firewalls, VLANs, VPNs, switches (SonicWall, Unifi, Dell, etc.).</li><li>Oversee Hyper-V, Azure AD, and hybrid environments (VMs, replication, failover).</li><li>Implement and monitor cybersecurity tools (EDR, ThreatLocker, Bitdefender, etc.).</li><li>Handle escalations from Tier 1/2 technicians and provide root-cause analysis.</li><li>Participate in infrastructure projects - migrations, deployments, and audits.</li><li>Document procedures, maintain asset accuracy in PSA (HaloPSA), and enforce security policies.</li></ul><li><br></li><b>Required Skills & Certifications</b><ul><li>5+ years of professional IT experience with a focus on servers and networking.</li><li>Strong understanding of DNS, DHCP, routing, and switching fundamentals.</li><li>Expertise with Microsoft 365 and Entra administration.</li><li>Familiar with NIST/CIS security controls and incident response.</li><li>Excellent troubleshooting and communication skills.</li></ul><p><b>Preferred Certifications (one or more):</b></p><ul><li>Microsoft Certified: MS-102, SC-900, MS-900</li><li>CompTIA Security+ or ISC2 </li><li>Cisco CCNA or CCNP</li><li>VMware or Hyper-V certification</li><li>Fortinet NSE 4+ or SonicWall CSSA</li></ul><p><br></p><b>What We Offer</b><ul><li>Competitive compensation and growth path within a cybersecurity-focused company.</li><li>Flexible work environment with remote options.</li><li>Access to enterprise-grade tools, training resources, and certifications.</li><li>Opportunity to lead and shape infrastructure standards across multiple clients.</li></ul><p><br></p>
