Licensed Industrial Electrician (309A / 442A)
Location- Etobicoke, ON
We are hiring a Licensed Industrial Electrician to support high-volume manufacturing operations. You’ll troubleshoot, maintain, and upgrade electrical systems to keep production running safely and efficiently.

Shift Rotation
Days: 7:00 a.m. – 3:00 p.m.
Afternoons: 3:00 p.m. – 11:00 p.m.
Midnights: 11:00 p.m. – 7:00 a.m
Key Responsibilities
Support production start-up and shutdown of equipment
Troubleshoot and repair electrical, electronic, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems
Maintain and repair PLCs, AC/DC drives, rectifiers, heaters, welding equipment, HVAC, and lighting
Perform preventive and emergency maintenance
Install and upgrade machinery, electrical systems, and controls
Read and interpret schematics, drawings, and technical manuals
Act as the primary electrical authority during off-shifts
Equipment You’ll Work With
Drives & Control Systems: AC/DC drives, PLCs
Tools & Equipment: Electric tools, welding equipment, rectifiers, heaters
Process & Utilities: Gas burners, A/C units, lighting systems
Material Handling & Safety: Cranes, lift trucks, sprinkler and environmental controls
Installation & Upgrades: Machinery, electrical systems, and controls
Main Experience Required (Must Have)
Licensed Industrial Electrician (309A or 442A)
Hands-on experience in an industrial or manufacturing environment
Strong troubleshooting experience with PLC-controlled equipment
Experience working with AC/DC drives, control systems, and production equipment
Ability to work independently and make decisions during off-hours
Tools & Systems
PLCs and automation systems
Electrical, electronic, and pneumatic test equipment
Cranes, lift trucks, ovens, treatment tanks, and environmental systems
Computer systems for diagnostics and documentation
Qualifications
High School Diploma or equivalent
Crane and lift-truck certification (or willingness to obtain)
Basic computer skills and PLC interface familiarity
