<p><h3>Overview</h3><p>Pay Range: $32.00/hr - $35.00/hr (plus, shift differentials when applicable)</p>
<p>Schedule: Monday-Friday 3p-11p 40 hrs</p>
<p>CURRENT INCENTIVE: $10,000 SIGN-ON BONUS for 40 hr Nursing Positions, $5,000 for 16-39 hr Nursing Positions</p>

<h3>What You’ll Do</h3>
<p>As a Nurse, you’ll become an essential part of our community-based group homes for adults with complex medical needs, developmental disabilities, acquired brain injury and/or mental illness. Our homes house 3-8 individuals each providing an opportunity to build relationships with those that you care for and their families.</p>
<ul>
<li>Medical & Medication Oversight - Manage medical care and medications for persons served, including training staff on safe medication practices.</li>
<li>Crisis Intervention - Respond to emergencies and de-escalate crises with persons served.</li>
<li>Staff Training - Train staff on health/safety rules and document incidents as required.</li>
<li>Compliance - Keep programs up to date with medical and medication laws, including paperwork and inspections.</li>
</ul>
<h3>What You Bring</h3>
<ul>
<li>Required: Active LPN license in MA, driver’s license, and reliable car.</li>
<li>Preferred: Active RN license in MA, driver's license, and reliable car.</li>
<li>Experience: Supporting mental health needs (personal or professional).</li>
<li>Skills: Clear communication, basic computer use, and teamwork.</li>
<li>Language: Must be fluent in English, Multilingual a bonus!</li>
