Licensed Sprinkler Fitter

Job Description

Duties <br /> - Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings to determine specifications and requirements <br /> - Measure, cut, and fabricate materials according to specifications using hand tools, power tools, threading machines and roll groovers. <br /><br /> -Install Steel and CPVC sprinkler systems. <br /> - Fit and assemble sprinkler components per designed drawings. <br /> - Inspect finished products for quality and accuracy <br /> - Maintain equipment and tools in good working condition <br /><br /> Skills <br /> - Strong knowledge of NFPA 13 installation requirements. <br /><br /> -Strong knowledge of NFPA 25 Inspection, Testing and Maintenance <br /> - Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings <br /> - Proficient in using hand tools, power tools, and threading machines <br /> - Knowledge of pipe fitting techniques <br /> - Excellent attention to detail. <br /><br /> - Excellent interpersonal skills. <br /> - Ability to work independently or as part of a team <br /> - Strong problem-solving abilities. <br /><br /> Note: The job description does not contain any contact information, such as email or phone number. <br /><br />Job Type: Full-time<br /><br />Pay: From $40.00 per hour<br /><br />Expected hours: 40 per week<br /><br />Benefits:<br /> Company car<br /> Company events<br /> Company pension<br /> Dental care<br /> Disability insurance<br /> Extended health care<br /> Flexible schedule<br /> Life insurance<br /> Vision care<br><br>Ability to commute/relocate:<br /> Fredericton, NB: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)<br /><br />Education:<br /> Secondary School (required)<br /><br />Experience:<br /> Fire Sprinkler System Installation: 5 years (required)<br /><br />Licence/Certification:<br /> Driving Licence (required)<br /><br />Work Location: In person<br><br>Expected start date: 2025-09-29
