Maintenance Manager
Location: Bradford
Schedule: Day Shift
Compensation & Benefits: Maintenance Manager
- Salary: $100,000–$130,000 (up to $150,000 based on experience)
- Discretionary bonus
- 3 weeks vacation
- Benefits: 80% employer-paid (dental, extended health care)
Overview: Maintenance Manager
We are seeking a hands-on, technically skilled Maintenance Manager with strong leadership capabilities and a desire to grow into a Director-level role. This position oversees multi-site maintenance operations, leading a team of trades professionals across all facilities.
Key Responsibilities: Maintenance Manager
- Lead, schedule, and coordinate daily maintenance operations across multiple sites
- Conduct preventive maintenance audits and implement corrective action plans
- Troubleshoot issues and implement process improvements
- Mentor and coach maintenance staff to build a high-performing team
- Participate in the Joint Health & Safety Committee
- Provide off-hours support for maintenance emergencies
Team Scope: Maintenance Manager
- Team size: 20–25 (including electricians, millwrights, PLC techs, supervisors)
- Responsible for growing and developing the maintenance team
Requirements: Maintenance Manager
- 7+ years of industrial maintenance leadership experience
- Strong mechanical aptitude with hands-on background
- PLC programming experience preferred
- Engineering degree or valid Electrician/Millwright license strongly desired
