We are currently looking for a Maintenance Technician, Level 2 to join our team

What you can expect in this role:

Responsible for the general maintenance and upkeep of Bitfarms facilities and sites, ensuring optimal operation of systems such as HVAC, plumbing, and infrastructure. This role supports safe and efficient environments for large-scale operations.

More specifically, here are some of the key responsibilities:

• Take ownership of health, safety and wellness matters on site.

• Ensure site safety including snow/ice removal and seasonal preparations.

• Perform general maintenance tasks including carpentry, plumbing, painting, and infrastructure upkeep.

• Complete work orders and technical reports in CMMS.

• Maintain cleanliness and order of facilities and common areas.

• Conduct regular inspections and respond to preventive and corrective maintenance needs.

• Perform errands and deliveries (materials, propane, internal logistics).

• Inspect and maintain equipment (snowblower, heating cables, etc.).

• Implement company procedures and work methods.

• Act as an ambassador of Bitfarms values and culture.

• Be available for emergencies and travel if needed.

Here's the profile we're looking for:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in general maintenance.

• Knowledge of carpentry, plumbing, painting, electricity, and gardening equipment.

• Familiarity with maintenance tools and equipment.

• Ability to lift/move equipment up to 20 kg.

• Valid driver's license and site mobility.

• Ability to work independently and in a team.

• Basic knowledge of Office 365 is an asset.

Desirable Skills:

• Experience with asset management software.

• Knowledge of KPIs and performance indicators.

• Bilingual French-English preferred.

• ASP construction card and forklift certification are assets.

• Work schedule: Monday to Friday, 7 am to 4 pm
• Job type: Full-time, permanent.
