<p><p>Our client is one of Canada's leading professional services firms who provide audit, tax, consulting and financial advisory services to Canadian and international companies through their world-class team of Accounting professionals.</p><h3>Position Overview</h3><p>Based in Saskatoon or Regina, the Manager, Commodity Tax Recovery will work with clients across Canada as required. The role involves:</p><ol><li>Providing recovery audit work for clients, including analysis of client data and onsite audit work.</li><li>Assuming the lead audit role on client engagements.</li><li>Coordinating and attending high-level management meetings with client tax personnel and/or government auditors.</li><li>Overseeing junior staff assigned to projects.</li><li>Providing written and oral presentations to clients.</li><li>Preparing all forms of refund claims and submissions for tax recoveries to clients or government bodies.</li></ol><h3>Qualifications:</h3><ul><li>C.A., C.M.A., or C.G.A designation.</li><li>Minimum of 5 years experience in indirect tax with an audit background (potential candidates could be coming from big four environment, from public practice, government, competitive boutique firms, etc.).</li><li>Indirect Tax recovery audit (in the area of GST/HST, ORST or other provincial sales commodity tax areas).</li><li>A high level of interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate with senior level decision makers.</li><li>Entrepreneurial in nature with a high motivational level (goal-oriented) to be able to generate revenues through tax recoveries in a commissioned salary environment.</li><li>The ability to work independently as well as within a team.</li></ul><p>If you possess the required background and professional motivation to succeed as the Senior Manager, Commodity Tax Recovery for our industry-leading PA client, please register online immediately at <a href="#">www.getROSS.com</a>.</p></p>
