We are currently hiring field marketers to generate leads and schedule estimates to help us reach our 2022 goal of $400,000. We are a company that values and provides a great team environment, professional training, and advancement opportunities. <br><br>About the Job<br />·     You will be canvassing door to door offering homeowners free estimates for painting and deck/fence staining<br />·     You will receive training on how to pitch, objection handle, and book estimates with potential clients!</p><p><br><br>Job Responsibilities<br />·     Engage in conversations that educate and inform people about our services<br />·     Increase brand awareness<br />·     Generate leads (lead = name, phone number, email, and address) and converting these leads into estimates<br />·     Work in a team environment, working with friends is encouraged<br />·     Build rapport with customers<br />·     Potential for future promotions within the company<br />·     Work locally and flexible schedule<br><br>Job Requirements and Benefits<br />·     Outgoing, energetic, and motivated<br />·     Goal/result oriented<br />·     Previous infield marketing, customer service, and sales experience is an asset but not a necessity<br />·     Must be willing to work outdoors<br />·     Reliable transportation<br />·     10-20hrs a week (flexible schedule), 3-4hr shifts<br />·     Position runs January-May or January-July<br />·     Commission-Based Pay</p><p>· GREAT business and marketing experience and resume builder <br /> <br />If you are interested, please send your resume with all relevant information to <span >jmorris@studentworkspainting.com,</span> send me a message or call/text (226) 376 0207<br><br>Expected start date: 2022-01-03<br />Job Type: Part time, permanent<br />Wage: Upwards of $25 per hour</p></p></p>
