Reporting to the Senior Manager, Integrated Marketing, this role provides essential coordination and administrative support across a range of brand and campaign initiatives.<br><br>You’ll play a key role in helping drive audience engagement, support creative execution, and maintain brand consistency across touchpoints — all while gaining experience in a collaborative, insight-driven marketing environment. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to grow their marketing career and learn from a team that values curiosity, collaboration, and meaningful impact.<br><br><b>What You’ll Do</b><br><br><b>Campaign & Project Coordination</b><ul><li>Support the execution of marketing campaigns across paid and owned channels.</li><li>Assist with campaign timelines, deliverables, and internal review coordination – ensuring key stakeholders are looped in and milestones are tracked.</li><li>Collect and organize performance data and insights to support reporting and campaign documentation.</li><li>Help manage intake of marketing requests, triaging submissions and assigning tasks through established processes.</li><li>Provide support for marketing PMO and project planning, ensuring alignment with key priorities and deadlines.</li></ul><br /><b>Creative & Brand Support</b><ul><li>Coordinate day-to-day management of creative assets, helping organize files, track feedback, and maintain version control. </li><li>Ensure creative briefs, copy decks, and campaign assets follow brand guidelines. </li><li>Assist with publishing and updating content on marketing-related internal and external pages (e.g. SharePoint, website).</li><li>Maintain organization of brand and creative repositories across SharePoint, Teams, and other platforms.</li></ul><br /><b>Team, Meeting & Agency Logistics</b><ul><li>Schedule and prepare for team and agency meetings — agendas, note-taking, and action item tracking.</li><li>Coordinate review sessions and stakeholder feedback for creative or campaign assets.</li><li>Act as a liaison for low-risk, day-to-day logistics with agency partners (e.g., booking meetings, following up on minor requests), while escalating strategic or timing-related issues to the Campaign Delivery Specialist.</li></ul><br /><b>Marketing Operations & Admin Support</b><ul><li>Maintain project trackers, campaign calendars, and shared documentation to support efficient workflows.</li><li>Provide marketing operations support, helping ensure consistency across tools, processes, and reporting.</li><li>Contribute to annual and quarterly planning, helping prepare materials, track deliverables, and document outcomes.</li><li>Support budget management, including tracking spend, collecting and processing invoices, and ensuring proper documentation </li><li>Provide support on various process improvement initiatives and special projects, as assigned.</li></ul><br><br><b>Why Farber?</b><br><br>At Farber, we help Canadians find financial relief and a fresh start.
