MasterTech is on the search for a licensed Millwright Maintenance Supervisor in Hamilton ON.
We need a licensed 433A Millwright. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing a team of 10+ Millwrights and Electricians in an industrial environment. Supervisory and hands on work is required.
Compensation:
- $46.00/hour to start. Raises available based on performance thereafter.

Schedule:
Day Shift, 2:30pm to 11:30pm; (Monday to Friday). Overtime available.
Key Qualifications:
- 10+ years of experience as a Licensed 433A Millwright.
- Leadership experience including overseeing, scheduling, training, safety, etc.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, diagrams, etc.
- Sound understanding of conveyors, pumps, granulators, pneumatics, hydraulics, and working knowledge of industrial tools.
- Experience with MIG, TIG, and Arc welding.
- Familiarity with standard maintenance procedures, preventative maintenance schedules, basic documentation, and proper safety techniques.
- Proven ability to maintain internal and regulatory policies, procedures, and requirements.
