We offer medical, dental and vision coverage, life insurance, employee assistance programs, company discounts, perks and more for most full-time positions!</p><p>Start your phenomenal career with Allied Universal today!</p>Job Description<p>Allied Universal® is Seeking <strong>Mobile  Security Supervisors</strong> in various locations in <strong>OTTAWA </strong> for a renowned financial institution<strong>.</strong>   </p><p> </p><p><strong>Job Title</strong>: Mobile Security Supervisor</p><p><strong>Job Location:</strong> OTTAWA, ON</p><p><strong>Job Type</strong>: Part-Time </p><p><strong>Shift Type:</strong>   Contiential Schedule  - 12 hour shift  - overnights, must be able to work some weekends</p><p><strong>Pay Rate</strong>: $18.50 - $19.50 per hour </p><p><strong>Requirements:</strong> G License, Clean Driver&#39;s Abstract and 25 years age or above for insurance purposes.</p><p> </p><p><strong>Shift Schedules: </strong>  Week 1 - 4 days / Week 2 - 3 days - 12 hour shifts </p><p><strong>Start times: </strong>  VARIOUS</p><p> </p><p><strong>Overview:</strong></p><p>Allied Universal is currently hiring Mobile Security Supervisors to provide professional, front-line security services for a prestigious financial institution.  As a Mobile Security Supervisor, you will play a key leadership role in ensuring the safety of personnel, property, and assets through patrols, monitoring, and incident response. This position offers a dynamic work environment with opportunities for growth and advancement.</p><p> </p><p> </p><p><strong>Specific Duties Performed and Essential Functions</strong><strong> :</strong></p><ul><li>Conduct mobile patrols of designated areas, including parking lots, premises, and other high-traffic areas, to deter unauthorized activity and ensure the safety of personnel and property</li><li>Monitor surveillance systems and alarms, promptly responding to any security breaches, disturbances, or suspicious activities</li><li>Perform security checks of buildings, doors, windows, and other access points to prevent unauthorized entry and ensure compliance with security protocols</li><li>Interact with clients, visitors, and employees, providing assistance, directions, and information as needed while enforcing security policies</li><li>Report any security incidents, accidents, or hazards immediately to supervisors or appropriate authorities, documenting observations and actions taken</li><li>Collaborate with law enforcement, emergency responders, and other security personnel to coordinate responses to incidents and emergencies effectively</li><li>Maintain accurate logs and records of patrol activities, incidents, and observations, ensuring compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements</li><li>Conduct routine inspections of security equipment, vehicles, and emergency supplies, reporting any issues or deficiencies for prompt resolution</li><li>Conduct risk assessments and security audits of client premises, identifying vulnerabilities and recommending security enhancements to mitigate risks</li><li>Participate in training sessions and professional development opportunities to enhance skills and knowledge of security procedures, emergency response protocols, and relevant regulation</li></ul><p> </p><p><strong>Requirement</strong><strong>:</strong></p><ul><li>Familiarity with access control systems and alarm monitoring.</li><li>Experience with report writing and note-taking.</li><li>Knowledge of CCTV monitoring systems.</li><li>Valid ON <strong>Security Guard License.</strong></li><li>Must be eligible to work in Canada over <strong>40 hours per week.</strong></li><li><strong>Must be able to provide a clear driver&#39;s abstract and ON Full G license. </strong></li><li>First Aid and CPR</li><li>Must be at least 25 years old.</li><li>High school diploma or equivalent/GED or equivalent work experience</li></ul><p> </p><p><strong>Benefits</strong><strong>:</strong></p><ul><li>Opportunities for career growth and advancement.</li><li>Comprehensive health and dental benefits</li><li>Paid training and development programs.</li></ul><p><strong>Disclaimer</strong><strong>:</strong></p><p> </p><p>As part of our standard hiring process, all candidates being considered for employment with Allied Universal are required to undergo a background check.
