They are seeking a high‑performing, entrepreneurial <b>National Sales Manager</b> to lead their sales and marketing function. This role is ideal for a strong, accountable leader who thrives in a high‑trust, high‑performance culture and is passionate about building and leading a results‑driven sales team.</p>
<p>As a key member of the <b>Business Leadership Team</b>, you will be responsible for driving top‑line revenue growth, developing and executing a focused sales strategy, and ensuring alignment with the company’s <b>EOS Vision/Traction Organizer (V/TO)</b>. You will also model the company’s core values, lead with clarity, and foster a culture of discipline and accountability.</p>

<h3>Qualifications:</h3>
<ul>
<li>7+ years of B2B sales experience, preferably in industrial automation, robotics, or manufacturing</li>
<li>3+ years of experience in a sales leadership role</li>
<li>Proven success in building and managing high‑performing sales teams</li>
<li>Familiarity with EOS (Entrepreneurial Operating System) is strongly preferred</li>
<li>Willingness to travel nationally as needed (approx. 25–40%)</li>
</ul>
