<p><strong>Role Overview</strong></p><p>As a <strong>Network Support Analyst</strong>, you will play a critical role in maintaining and optimizing SaskPower’s network infrastructure. You’ll work within the Intelligent Networks & Infrastructure team to support network hardware, troubleshoot issues, and implement solutions that ensure high availability and performance across the organization.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></p><ul><li>Configure, administer, and maintain Cisco network hardware.</li><li>Support and troubleshoot network infrastructure including firewalls, load balancers, and other Azure-based networking components.</li><li>Participate in after-hours support and on-call rotations as required.</li><li>Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure network reliability and performance.</li><li>Document network configurations and changes in accordance with SaskPower standards.</li><li>Ensure compliance with security protocols and perform risk assessments as needed.</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>Mandatory Education</strong>:</p><p> As per SaskPower’s Position Catalogue (typically includes post-secondary education in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field).</p><p> </p><p><strong> Mandatory Experience:</strong></p><p> Cisco network hardware configuration and administration</p><p><strong> Desired Experience:</strong></p><p> Azure firewall and load balancer experience.</p><p> Experience with other Azure networking infrastructure.</p><p> Certifications: Cisco certifications (e.g., CCNA, CCNP) and Azure certifications are considered assets.</p><p> Security Clearance: Must pass a criminal background check and may be subject to NERC Personnel Risk Assessment.</p><p></p>Browse Jobs in Canada by City
