Schindler products can be found in many well-known buildings throughout Canada, including Scotia Plaza, Bay & Adelaide, Edmonton Arena, Calgary Airport, and Vancouver Canada Line.</p><h3>Join us as a</h3><h3>New Installations, Modernizations & Existing Installations Methods & Process Manager</h3><h3><b>What you bring</b></h3><ul><li>BS/AS degree in Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, Project Management or Finance with prior project management experience</li><li>Minimum 3 - 5 years’ experience in either the elevator industry or in a related building systems industry</li><li>Full understanding and proven adherence to FF+</li><li>Strong experience in the use of SPN and other Schindler NI/MOD management tools</li><li>Experience in an operational role (Service Leader, Project Manager)</li><li>Ability to use analytical tools, such as Excel</li><li>Working across multiple departments and teams</li><li>Track record of continuous improvements and developing new processes to improve business issues</li><li>Full understanding and practical implementation / auditing of all Schindler (and industry) safety policies and procedures</li><li>Strong understanding of installation methods & processes and general site working practices</li><li>Experience in training and coaching others in an engaging and efficient manner</li><li>Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills</li><li>Organization: Possess excellent organization skills with the ability to balance high volume of activities and changing priorities</li><li>Problem Solving: Information seeking and achievement orientation, ability to solve problems both independently and collaboratively</li><li>Teamwork: Ability to interact with all levels and foster a teamwork relationship</li></ul><h3><b>What’s in it for you?</b></h3><ul><li>Competitive Salary (commensurate with experience)</li><li>Competitive Bonus Incentive Program or Commission Plan</li><li>Wide range of professional and leadership development opportunities</li><li>Competitive Extended Health, Dental & Vision Plans</li><li>Generous Paid Time Off Plans</li><li>Tuition Reimbursement Program</li><li>Competitive Group RRSP with Company Match</li></ul><p>Become part of our team and help us enhance quality of life and drive innovation while raising the bar for safety and sustainability.
