Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and strategic Operations Manager to oversee the performance, service delivery, and operational efficiency across multiple locations. This role is accountable for driving safe, compliant, and high-quality operations while fostering a strong team culture and supporting long-term growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily operations across multiple locations, ensuring efficient workflows and high-quality service delivery.
  • Manage staffing, scheduling, logistics, fleet utilization, and overall performance.
  • Lead hiring, training, coaching, and performance management to support a strong, accountable team.
  • Ensure clear communication across facilities, field teams, and customer service.
  • Review operational reports and provide regular updates and recommendations to leadership.
  • Oversee routing and dispatch planning, adjusting operations as needed to meet customer and staffing needs.
  • Maintain compliance with safety standards and regulatory requirements, including audits and incident investigations.
  • Support escalated customer concerns and help strengthen relationships with key accounts.
  • Manage operational budgets, monitor costs, and identify efficiency opportunities.
  • Participate in leadership meetings, conduct site visits, and complete required reporting.
  • Lead emergency and after-hours response coordination as needed.
  • Identify opportunities for operational improvements and support continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Uphold professionalism, confidentiality, and company values across all interactions.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years experience in operations management, preferably in a multi-site or field-based environment.
  • Strong leadership abilities with experience managing frontline teams.
  • Demonstrated success in coaching, performance management, and supporting employee development.
  • Experience with scheduling, dispatching, routing, or logistics planning is an asset.
  • Solid understanding of safety practices, regulatory compliance, and incident management.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills with the ability to adapt to changing operational needs.
  • Excellent communication skills and experience coordinating cross-functional teams.
  • Budget management experience with the ability to identify cost efficiencies and support forecasting.
  • High level of professionalism, discretion, and integrity, with the ability to handle confidential information appropriately.
  • Valid driver's license with ability to travel between sites as needed
