<p>Join Our Team as an Operations Manager</p><p>We are seeking an Operations Manager who is fluent in <br>Mandarin and/or Cantonese.<br>Are you ready to lead a dynamic team and make a difference in the cleanliness and organization of our clients' spaces? We're seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Operations Manager who will be responsible for the daily management of cleaning operations across assigned sites. This role ensures high standards of service delivery, efficient resource management, compliance with health and safety regulations, and strong client relationships. The Operations Manager leads, supports, and develops field supervisors, and cleaning staff to maintain consistent service excellence.</p><p>Fluency in Mandarin and/or Cantonese is required.</p><p>Key Duties & Responsibilities:</p><ul><li>Supervise and lead a team of janitorial staff, ensuring adherence to company policies and procedures.</li><li>Lead, guide, and support the Field Supervisor team when they are onsite at their assigned buildings.</li><li>Conduct regular site visits to inspect the quality of work and address any issues or concerns.</li><li>Manage overall staff motivation, discipline, development, and performance.</li><li>Conduct performance evaluations, coaching, and ongoing development of team members.</li><li>Manage staff scheduling to ensure adequate coverage and efficient resource utilization.</li><li>Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and address any service-related concerns promptly.</li><li>Implement and enforce safety protocols to maintain a safe working environment for all staff members.</li><li>Demonstrate flexibility by working in various locations and buildings as required by company needs.</li><li>Visit and inspect buildings regularly, including locations in Richmond, Langley, and Abbotsford</li></ul><p>Requirements:</p><ul><li>Previous experience in janitorial, facilities management, or operations management.</li><li>Strong leadership and communication skills.</li><li>Ability to work independently and solve problems effectively.</li><li>Valid driver's license and reliable transportation (candidate must have a vehicle).</li><li>Willingness to work weekends in addition to the Monday to Friday schedule.</li><li>Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and work environments.</li><li>High school diploma or equivalent.</li></ul><p>Benefits:</p><ul><li>Monthly gas allowance provided in accordance with CRA guidelines.</li><li>Health benefits (including dental care, life insurance, and vision care).</li><li>Opportunity for additional earnings by working weekends.</li><li>Growth opportunities within the company.</li><li>Profit sharing after one year of employment with Cleantech.</li></ul><p>Salary Details:</p><p>The salary for this position is<br>$50,00CAD per year<br>, depending on experience and qualifications.
