The ideal candidate will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, and repair of overhead and roll-up doors for residential, commercial, and industrial clients. This role requires strong mechanical aptitude, attention to detail, and a commitment to delivering high-quality customer service.</p><p> </p><p><strong><strong>Key Responsibilities:</strong></strong></p><ul><li>Install, repair, and maintain a variety of overhead doors, roll-up doors, automatic doors, dock levelers, and related hardware.</li><li>Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and structural issues related to door systems.</li><li>Perform routine inspections and preventative maintenance.</li><li>Operate hand and power tools safely and efficiently.</li><li>Provide clear communication to customers regarding work performed, issues identified, and maintenance recommendations.</li><li>Maintain accurate records of work performed and parts used.</li><li>Adhere to all safety protocols and company policies.</li><li>Drive company vehicle to service locations in a safe and professional manner.</li></ul><p><strong><strong>Qualifications:</strong></strong></p><ul><li>High school diploma or equivalent; technical or trade school a plus.</li><li>1-3 years of experience in overhead door installation or repair preferred (training available for the right candidate).</li><li>Strong mechanical skills and familiarity with electrical components.</li><li>Ability to lift 75+ lbs and work at heights and in various weather conditions.</li><li>Valid driver’s license with clean driving record.</li><li>Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.</li><li>Strong customer service and communication skills.</li><li>Ability to work independently and as part of a team.</li></ul></p>Company Description<p>Whether you are a business owner or homeowner looking to upgrade, replace or repair your existing overhead door, we have your solution.
