<p>Job Opportunity: Painter & Decorator (Strong Drywall Taping Skills Required)</p><p>Renewvate Homes Inc. is looking for a reliable and skilled Painter & Decorator to join our team. This role requires strong drywall taping and finishing experience, along with the ability to handle residential and commercial painting jobs from start to finish. We value professionalism, quality, and a positive attitude.</p><p>Key Responsibilities:</p><ul><li>Prepare surfaces by cleaning, sanding, caulking, and patching</li><li>Tape, mud, and finish drywall to a smooth, paint-ready finish</li><li>Apply paint, stain, varnish, and other finishes using brushes, rollers, or spray equipment</li><li>Repair and restore drywall and plaster surfaces as needed</li><li>Follow project instructions, drawings, or blueprints</li><li>Communicate clearly with clients to understand expectations</li><li>Maintain tools and equipment in proper working condition</li><li>Perform interior and exterior painting and drywall work on residential and commercial sites</li></ul><p>What We're Looking For:</p><ul><li>Proven experience in painting and drywall taping/finishing</li><li>Proficiency with taping tools, sprayers, and other painting equipment</li><li>Ability to work independently and as part of a team</li><li>Strong attention to detail and commitment to high-quality work</li><li>Good time management and problem-solving skills</li><li>Physically able to perform demanding tasks (standing, lifting, etc.)</li><li>Excellent communication and customer service skills</li><li>Must have a valid driver's license and own vehicle (mileage reimbursed)</li></ul><p>Why Work With Us?<br><br>Join a team that values your craftsmanship and dedication.
