<p>This role provides seamless support to the Facilities Infrastructure business unit that contributes to the reliability of our daily operations and success of our capital projects. The successful candidate will have a complete understanding of the SCM lifecycle for both operations and projects.</p><p><b> </b></p><p><b>Key Activities and Responsibilities: </b> </p><ul><li>Manage the entire SCM lifecycle for various collaborators within Facilities Infrastructure business unit, including but not limited to: </li><li>Demand planning</li><li>Assistance with MR/SOW development </li><li>Sourcing </li><li>Negotiating/executing/managing contracts/terms & conditions</li><li>Reviewing/modifying purchase requisitions </li><li>Issuing/managing purchase orders</li><li>Coordination of transportation including customs brokerage</li><li>Supplier relationship management</li><li>Dispute resolution management</li><li>SCM template and procedure development input</li></ul><p><b> </b></p><p><b>Education, Skills and Experience </b></p><ul><li>Combination of experience, education, and SCM professional development will be considered</li><li>10+ years of progressive experience in a similar role/industry</li><li>SAP experience required</li><li>SAP Sourcing or Ariba and S/4 HANA experience preferred </li><li>Proficient in Microsoft Office suite with intermediate + Excel skills </li><li>Ability to understand, analyze, and process complex data </li><li>Excellent communication skills (written, verbal, and presentation)</li><li>Exceptional customer service, collaboration, analytical and problem-solving skills </li><li>Commitment to continuous learning through self-study and formal training</li><li>Passion for continuous improvement, understanding of how things work, and creative problem solving</li></ul><p> </p><p><b>Hours:</b></p><ul><li>10 hours/day</li><li>Mon-Thurs</li></ul><p></p>
