You represent the end‑customer within CBN, ensuring that products are delivered on time, to specification, and within budget.</p><h3>Responsibilities</h3><ul><li>Oversee production, including monitoring all duties of the Associate Product Manager and making decisions that affect quality, delivery, or cost.</li><li>Generate and manage work orders, ensuring materials meet customer specifications and timelines.</li><li>Interact with suppliers, develop production schedules, forecasts, and risk management plans, and communicate status to stakeholders.</li><li>Analyze job costing reports, provide input on factory estimates, and recommend performance improvements.</li><li>Conduct post‑production lessons‑learned and identify opportunities for improvement.</li><li>Coordinate communication among suppliers, logistics, business development, and manufacturing.</li><li>Resolve production issues, develop contingency plans, and work with senior management.</li></ul><h3>Qualifications</h3><ul><li>Knowledge of print manufacturing processes, project management, Lean Six Sigma basics, MS 365, ERP systems, and analytics software.</li><li>University degree or college diploma in Printing Technology, Manufacturing, or Engineering (asset but NOT required).</li><li>3–5 years of experience in a complex, multi‑product print manufacturing environment.</li></ul><h3>Competencies</h3><ul><li>Critical thinking: analysis, problem solving, decision making.</li><li>Interpersonal skills: communication, teamwork, leadership.</li><li>Organization and time management.</li><li>Attention to detail, adaptability, growth mindset.</li></ul><h3>Requirements</h3><ul><li>Security clearance: Ability to obtain and maintain Government of Canada Secret (Level II) clearance.</li><li>Travel: Ability to travel throughout North America approximately 10–15% annually.</li><li>Work hours: Ability to work outside of standard business hours as required.</li><li>Physical demands: Walk/stand for prolonged periods.</li></ul><h3>EEO Statement</h3><p>Canadian Bank Note Company (CBN) is committed to fostering a diverse and inclusive workplace where all employees are treated with dignity and respect.
