Position Summary

The Product Marketing Manager is a strategic, cross-functional role responsible for bringing JETNET’s products to life in the market. Sitting at the intersection of Product, Marketing, and Sales, this role translates complex product capabilities into clear, compelling customer value. You’ll own product positioning and messaging, lead go-to-market launches, enable revenue teams, and ensure our offerings are understood, adopted, and differentiated in a competitive aviation data landscape.

This is a highly visible role with a direct impact on revenue growth, product adoption, and customer success.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain clear product positioning, value propositions, and messaging frameworks
  • Translate technical product features into customer-centric benefits, use cases, and narratives
  • Lead end-to-end go-to-market planning for new products, features, and enhancements
  • Coordinate cross-functional launch execution across Product, Marketing, Sales, and Customer Service
  • Create and maintain sales enablement assets including pitch decks, product briefs, FAQs, competitive battlecards, and demo narratives
  • Deliver ongoing sales training and enablement to drive confidence, adoption, and win rates
  • Conduct market and competitive research to inform positioning, messaging, and strategy
  • Gather customer insights to identify adoption, retention, upsell, and cross-sell opportunities
  • Support customer advocacy initiatives such as case studies, testimonials, and references

What We’re Looking For

  • 3–5 years of experience in product marketing, product management, or a related role
  • Strong storytelling skills with the ability to simplify complex products into clear value
  • Proven experience leading product launches and go-to-market initiatives
  • Comfort partnering cross-functionally with Product, Sales, and Marketing teams
  • Analytical mindset with curiosity about customer needs, markets, and competitors
  • Experience creating sales enablement materials and delivering training
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Highly organized, proactive, and comfortable managing multiple initiatives at once

Location

  • This is a remote role open to applicants based in Canada with current legal authorization to work in Canada.
  • Strong preference for candidates based in Ontario and Alberta

Starting Compensation Range

$100,000 - $120,000 CAD annually
