<p>Client Objective:</p><p>The client is hiring a Product Owner to lead the development of a new, browser-based food and beverage management platform designed for private clubs and hospitality organizations. The solution aims to modernize dining reservations, table management, and point-of-sale integration-similar to an advanced version of OpenTable, but tailored for the private club environment.</p><p><br></p><p><br></p><p><b>Key Responsibilities:</b></p><p><br></p><ul><li>Own and manage the product roadmap for the new food & beverage solution.</li><li>Act as the voice of the customer, gathering feedback and translating client needs into detailed user stories and product specs.</li><li>Collaborate closely with engineers, senior product managers, and stakeholders.</li><li>Bring ideas to improve table management, host management, and service efficiency.</li><li>Work hybrid (2 days/week in Markham office).</li></ul><p><br></p><p><br></p><p><b>Ideal Candidate Profile:</b></p><p><br></p><ul><li>2-5 years of product ownership/management experience (client open to flexible experience range).</li><li>Technology background (preferably SaaS or software for hospitality).</li><li>Experience with food & beverage or hospitality environments-even early career experience as a server, bartender, or host is considered valuable for understanding end-user needs.</li><li>Strong communicator who can articulate client pain points and drive product velocity.</li><li>Experience in POS systems or hospitality software ecosystems strongly preferred.</li></ul><p></p>Create Your Resume First
