Job Summary


The Production Assembler is responsible for assembling components required in the manufacture of finished products, testing, labeling, packaging and preparing products for shipping. Work involves a high degree of visual attention and concentration with constant attention to detail when operating equipment and assembling the products.


Essential Duties And Responsibilities



  • Responsible for assembly of components into a finished product

  • Perform routine care and maintenance of tools and equipment

  • Prepare and maintain work area in safe condition

  • Spatial perception to understand and visualize relationships and arrangement of parts in products and in the assembly line process

  • Responsible for quality control of their own assembly process and ability to deliver consistent quality standards

  • All other related duties or projects, as assigned


Qualifications/Skills/Experience



  • High attention to detail is essential with ability to work independently with minimal supervision in a fast‑paced environment

  • 1 year of experience in manufacturing environment with machine operation experience

  • Manual dexterity, speed, accuracy and hand‑eye coordination is essential to operate assembly line equipment safely and efficiently in order to maximize production and minimize waste; activities involve fitting, attaching, gluing, cutting, and assembling

  • Must be able to communicate, cooperate and work effectively with others to ensure efficient and smooth production‑line operations

  • Must be knowledgeable of proper safety standards and procedures and be proficient in the safe operation of machines and equipment

  • Must be able to understand verbal or written instructions

  • Must be versatile and be able to work in more than one area of the production process as requested
