We are looking for a dynamic and driven candidate interested in joining a fast-growing global company in the automotive sector. </p><p><br /></p><p>The <strong>Production Coordinator</strong> position is responsible for staff management. Other responsibilities include:</p><p><strong>Responsible for the staff management:</strong></p><ul><li>Calculate monthly production performance; Plan equipment production capacity for the whole team; Responsible for planning and implementing the training for the team; Manage the team member adjustments</li><li>Get involved in new product development and the writing of SOPs</li><li>Present the questions that arise from new product development. </li><li>Training about quality requirements, operational standards</li><li>Enhancing the quality and production capacity</li><li>Writing and editing SOP and training team members on the operational standard.</li></ul><p><strong>Production Scheduling Management:</strong></p><ul><li>Schedule and manage the production according to the production plan</li><li>Guide team members to accomplish production that meets the requirements of SOP, check the production result and ensure the production plan is being met</li><li>Check the production process frequently</li><li>Analyze if the production doesn&#39;t meet the requirement</li><li>Discuss and check the weekly production plan with the production operation department</li></ul><p><strong>Quality Management:</strong></p><ul><li>Responsible for guiding and supervising operators&#39; work according to the requirements of SOP, and solving quality abnormalities arising from operators</li></ul><p><strong>Manage the operation and deal with the abnormalities</strong></p><ul><li>Set up the standard of operation and guide the operators with the standards, and evaluate their operation</li><li>Coordinate and exclude abnormalities during the operation</li></ul><p><strong>Improvement</strong>:</p><ul><li>Lead and encourage operators to discover issues, present the proposal and implement the improvement.</li><li>Upgrade production equipment so that production can be release</li><li>Improve the standard working hours by increasing production output</li></ul><p><br /></p><p><strong><em>To be a qualified candidate, you must meet the following</em></strong><em>:</em></p><ul><li>College diploma or higher, with over 5 years of experience in production line management in the automotive industry; the size of the managed team should exceed 100 members.</li><li>Familiarity with the practical operation and maintenance of extrusion or CMC/welding, or stamping.</li></ul><p><strong><em>Key to being successful in this role: </em></strong></p><ul><li>Demonstrated ability to work effectively under pressure and strong cross-cultural communication skills</li></ul><p></p><p><strong><em>Why work for Minth?
