<p><p><b>We’re excited to share an opportunity for an existing vacancy as a Production Manager.</b></p><p>We’re looking for a driven <b>Production Manager</b> to lead multiple departments. In this role, you’ll oversee daily production activities, drive continuous improvement, and ensure quality, efficiency, and safety standards are consistently met. You’ll work closely with cross‑functional teams and play a key role in meeting customer requirements and supporting our long‑term operational success.</p>
<h3>Daily responsibilities may include but are not limited to:</h3>
<ul>
<li>Oversee daily production, adjust schedules, and ensure targets are consistently achieved</li>
<li>Lead daily production meetings and communicate priorities, challenges, and solutions.</li>
<li>Coordinate with the Warehouse Manager to manage inventory needs and prevent shortages.</li>
<li>Act as the main point of contact for urgent customer or production issues.</li>
<li>Monitor team performance and coach supervisors and staff to reach productivity and quality goals.</li>
<li>Improve job setup processes, manpower allocation, and workflow efficiency.</li>
<li>Participate in hiring, training, performance reviews, and employee development planning.</li>
<li>Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance safety, quality, cost, and output.</li>
<li>Champion a positive, motivated, and high‑performance team culture.</li>
</ul>
<h3>Mandatory Requirements:</h3>
<ul>
<li>College or University degree in Mechanical Engineering, or Licensed Tool & Die Maker, or equivalent industry experience.</li>
<li>Strong understanding of production operations, quality systems, and safety standards.</li>
<li>Experience with IATF 16949 (required).</li>
<li>Solid computer skills (Word, Excel, CMS).</li>
<li>Proven leadership ability with strong communication, motivation, and team‑building skills.</li>
<li>Ability to organize, prioritize, and manage multiple tasks in a fast‑paced environment.</li>
</ul>

<p>$110,000 – $120,000</p>
