<li>Supervise day‑to‑day production activities across fabrication, welding, CNC, and powder coating departments.</li>

<li>Maintain <b>quality control (QC)</b> standards and ensure compliance with company and customer specifications.</li>
<li>Read and interpret <b>blueprints and weld symbols</b> to support accurate production.</li>
<li>Coordinate workflow and resources to meet deadlines and optimize output.</li>
<li>Lead, coach, and mentor a <b>diverse team</b> of approximately 15 employees.</li>
<li>Collaborate with engineering, quality, and logistics teams to ensure continuous improvement.</li>
<li>Support a culture of safety, accountability, and teamwork on the shop floor.</li>
<li>Participate in process improvement and cost reduction initiatives.</li>
<li>Perform other duties as needed in a <b>hands‑on, physically active</b> leadership role.</li>

<h3><b>Qualifications</b></h3>
<ul>
<li>2+ years in a leadership role</li>
<li>2+ years of experience in a <b>fabrication or automotive manufacturing</b> environment (supervisory experience preferred).</li>
<li>Engineering background an asset</li>
<li>Strong knowledge of <b>welding, fitting, CNC machining, and powder coating</b> processes.</li>
<li>Ability to read and interpret <b>blueprints, schematics, and weld symbols.</b></li>
<li>Proven experience managing <b>production schedules and workflow.</b></li>
