The Client will not provide any visa sponsorship</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Opportunity: </strong>One of our Steel Manufacturing Industry clients based out in Orillia, ON is looking for a “Production Supervisor” for a full-time opportunity</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Job Details:</strong></p><p><strong>Position:</strong> Production Supervisor</p><p><strong>Location: </strong>Orillia, ON</p><p><strong>Position type:</strong> Full-time, Onsite</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Key Responsibilities:</strong></p><ul><li>Develop, maintain, and execute weekly and monthly production plans across all manufacturing departments.</li><li>Proactively expedite orders to meet ship dates and ensure on-time delivery for our customers.</li><li>Analyze production data, identify potential delays or quality issues, and implement corrective actions.</li><li>Ensure the accuracy of data within our manufacturing and ERP systems to maintain clear production visibility.</li><li>Collaborate with the Planning Manager and other departments to optimize material flow and improve overall planning processes.</li><li>Represent the Production department in cross-functional meetings.</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>Qualifications & Experience:</strong></p><ul><li>Minimum of <strong>5 years of experience</strong> in a Production Planning or similar capacity within a manufacturing environment.</li><li>Minimum of <strong>5 years of experience in a leadership role</strong> is essential.</li><li>Proficiency in Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems and Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel).</li><li>Experience with Lean Manufacturing Principles and process improvement methodologies is a significant asset.</li><li>Superior organizational skills with a proven ability to manage deadlines and priorities.</li><li>Basic knowledge of machining, welding, and fabrication is an asset.</li><li>Project Management experience is a plus.</li></ul><p></p>Browse Jobs in Canada by City
