If youre passionate about building something realsomething people use every daywe want to meet you.</p><p><br /></p><p><strong>Position Overview</strong></p><p><br /></p><p>As a Production Technician, you'll support various stages of cabinet manufacturing, finishing and <span >shipping/receiving.</span> Working closely with our production team, youll help ensure that each product meets our high-quality standards, from raw material to delivery.</p><p><br /></p><p><strong>What Youll Do</strong></p><ul><li>Sand or prepare surfaces using hand or power tools.</li><li>Operate finishing tools (sprayers, brushes) to apply conversion varnishes and other coatings.</li><li>Assist with CNC operations and quality inspection.</li><li>Assemble cabinet components including cabinet carcasses, drawer boxes, shelves, and doors.</li><li>Read and interpret engineering drawings and product specifications.</li><li>Handle raw materials and maintain accurate inventory.</li><li>Receive and sort incoming deliveries and organize storage areas.</li><li>Prepare completed product for delivery with precision and care.</li><li>Support basic maintenance and report defects or missing materials.</li><li>Follow all safety protocols and company procedures.</li></ul><p><strong>Who You Are</strong></p><ul><li>Able to work in a fast-paced, detail-oriented environment.</li><li>Physically fit able to lift up to 50 lbs and perform manual tasks (bending, standing, etc.).</li><li>Comfortable in varying temperatures (hot, humid, or cold).</li><li>Motivated, reliable, and committed to quality work.</li><li>Excellent problem solver and a team player.</li></ul><p><strong>Qualifications</strong></p><ul><li>This is an entry level position.</li><li>Training or experience in woodworking, cabinetry, finishing or manufacturing is an asset.</li><li>Able to read a tape measure and interpret technical drawings.</li><li>Strong attention to detail and basic math skills.</li><li>Certifications in First Aid, WHMIS, or Joint Health & Safety are a plus (not required).</li></ul><p><strong>Why Join Us</strong></p><ul><li>Competitive hourly wage.</li><li>Group benefits plan after probation.</li><li>Exclusive employee perks via the <em>MyPerks</em> program.</li><li>Opportunity to learn, grow, and build a career in cabinetry.</li><li>Positive, supportive and team oriented work environment.</li></ul></p></p>Browse Jobs in Canada by City
