Job Description

<p>Our client, a company in Food Flavoring Manufacturing industry, is seeking a <b>Production Technician</b> to join our manufacturing team. This position plays a key role in producing high-quality liquid and powder flavors used in food and beverage applications. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, safety-focused, and comfortable working in a hands-on production environment.</p><p><br></p><p><br></p><p><b>Key Responsibilities</b></p><ul><li>Prepare liquid and powder flavors in accordance with approved formulations and batch instructions.</li><li>Accurately weigh, measure, and blend raw materials and aroma chemicals.</li><li>Operate and monitor production equipment including mixers, blenders, spray dryers, and related systems.</li><li>Safely handle and transport raw materials and finished products, including lifting heavy containers when required.</li><li>Maintain precise batch records, labels, and documentation in line with company procedures.</li><li>Clean, sanitize, and maintain equipment and work areas between production runs to ensure product integrity.</li><li>Adhere to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs), as well as all safety and environmental regulations.</li><li>Work efficiently in environments that may involve noise, dust, or strong aromas.</li><li>Collaborate with colleagues and supervisors to maintain production schedules and meet quality goals.</li></ul><p><br></p><p><b>Qualifications</b></p><ul><li>Technical or manufacturing training is an asset.</li><li>Previous experience in food, flavor, or chemical production preferred.</li><li>Strong attention to detail with the ability to follow written and verbal instructions accurately.</li><li>Basic math and computer skills required for weighing materials and completing batch records.</li><li><b>Ability to lift 25-30 kg, and ability to work in standing position for extended periods.</b></li><li>Comfortable working in a fast-paced production setting with variable conditions.</li><li>Demonstrated commitment to workplace safety and high product quality standards.</li></ul><p><b>Working Conditions</b></p><ul><li>Manufacturing plant environment with regular exposure to noise, dust, and strong aromas.</li><li>Frequent standing, bending, and lifting.</li><li>Use of personal protective equipment (PPE) required at all times.</li></ul><p></p>
