The ideal candidate is an experienced construction professional who can deliver projects on time, on budget, and to the highest quality standards. </p><strong>Responsibilities</strong><ul><li>Manage all phases of custom home and renovation projects from planning to completion. </li></ul><ul><li>Develop and oversee project budgets, schedules, and resources. </li></ul><ul><li>Collaborate with architects, designers, and subcontractors to ensure project alignment. </li></ul><ul><li>Monitor progress and communicate regularly with clients and internal teams. </li></ul><ul><li>Proactively identify risks and implement solutions to maintain project timelines and budgets. </li></ul><ul><li>Ensure compliance with building codes, safety regulations, and company policies. </li></ul><ul><li>Lead team meetings and foster a collaborative work environment. </li></ul><p><strong>Requirements</strong></p><p></p><ul><li>Bachelor&#39;s degree in construction management, engineering, architecture, or related field (asset). </li></ul><ul><li>5+ years of experience in construction project management. </li></ul><ul><li>Strong knowledge of residential construction methods, materials, and regulations. </li></ul><ul><li>Proven ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines. </li></ul><ul><li>Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills. </li></ul><ul><li>Proficiency with project management tools and Microsoft Office Suite. </li></ul><p><strong>Benefits</strong></p><ul><li>Salary: $90,000–$110,000 plus performance bonus </li></ul><ul><li>Paid Time Off </li></ul><ul><li>Medical spend account </li></ul><ul><li>Training & professional development </li></ul><ul><li>Company laptop, cell phone allowance, mileage reimbursement </li></ul></p></p>
