<p><b>Project Manager – Commercial Construction</b><br></p><p><b>Base Salary:</b> $110,000–$135,000<br> <b>Project Type:</b> Commercial building construction</p><p>We are seeking an experienced <b>Commercial Construction Project Manager</b> to oversee and deliver high-quality commercial building projects from pre-construction through closeout. <br><br><h3>Requirements</h3><p><b>What We're Looking For</b><br></p><li><b>7+ years of project management experience</b> in commercial construction<br></li><li>Proven track record managing <b>commercial building projects</b> (office, retail, healthcare, education, mixed-use, etc.)<br></li><li>Strong understanding of construction means and methods<br></li><li>Experience with project scheduling, cost tracking, and contract administration<br></li><li>Ability to lead teams, manage multiple stakeholders, and drive accountability<br></li><li>Proficiency with construction management software and Excel<br></li><li>Strong communication, organization, and leadership skills<br></li>
