The department’s name reflects its commitment to quality and operational excellence.</span></p><p ></p><p ><strong><span ><span >About the job:</span></span></strong></p><ul><li><p><span >Support project governance, reporting, and performance tracking across the organization; ensure that all projects align with strategic objectives and follow standardized processes with cross-functional teams to drive operational excellence, improve visibility, and support decision-making at the executive level.</span></p></li><li><p><span >Track project milestones and key deliverables to ensure alignment with strategic KPIs.</span></p></li><li><p><span >Consolidate and maintain PMO dashboards, project documentation, and reporting packages.</span></p></li><li><p><span >Conduct data analysis on project performance and generate executive-level reports.</span></p></li><li><p><span >Communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders including project managers, department heads, and executives.</span></p></li><li><p><span >Coordinate cross-functional meetings, including scheduling, agenda preparation, and minute-taking.</span></p></li><li><p><span >Support portfolio management activities such as project intake, prioritization, and resource planning.</span></p></li><li><p><span >Support the development and optimization of PMO frameworks, tools, and standards, promote adherence to PMO methodologies and foster a culture of transparency and accountability.</span></p></li></ul>
