Requirements*
- Minimum of three years of experience in property management

- Proven track record of managing condominiums and not-for-profit properties efficiently
Responsibilities
- Overseeing the day-to-day operations of assigned properties
- Coordinating maintenance and repairs
- Managing tenant/owner relations and addressing their concerns
- Ensuring compliance with property regulations and standards
- Budgeting and financial reporting
- Attend monthly board meetings
